We are passionate about getting off the beaten track and exploring Skye's hidden gems. All of our guides are local with plenty of stories to tell you about the Island! Swim round wild and rugged coastlines, slide down hidden gorges, hike on rolling heathery hills or learn to climb by the sea.

We offer coasteering, gorge walking, rock climbing and hiking for family groups, all activities can be altered to suit your ability, so If you have some experience, let us know!

What you need to know

  • Ability: Some basic swimming ability is required, as well as moderate fitness for the water activities. For land activities basic fitness and a desire to climb or walk! We will teach you everything else you need to know.
  • Kit: We will equip you with climbing kit, water kit ( including cosy 5mm wetsuits, socks, gloves and beanies) . Sizes run from age 6 years and up.
  • Location: Where ever we think it will suit your adventure day best. This will be chosen on the basis of weather, tides and what you want to get out of your day
  • Price: For 2 adults and 2 children a half day is £180 and a full day is £320.

Family Adventure Ideas

Coasteer & Climb

Start your day by jumping into the Atlantic ocean! Scramble, swim and jump your way round an amazing section of coastline exploring tunnels, giant sea stacks and underground sea caves. Follow this with a relaxed picnic lunch and an afternoon of rock climbing on stunning volcanic sea cliffs.

Walk & Gorge

The hike to the top of Ben Tianavaig is perfect for a family day out, short but steep and a cracking summit with amazing views across to Rassay and back to the Cuillin. After lunch try our amazing gorge walking session, slide, swim and jump your way down the crystal clear pools of the Allt Daraich river.

Full Day Climb 

Try a day rock climbing on the beautiful sea cliffs of Neist point or up at Staffin. With over 400 climbing routes to try this is a rock climbers paradise! It's a great spot for spotting whales, golden eagles and of course the local sheep.
