Coasteering with Skye Adventure is an incredible journey along a beautiful section of coast line in the most Northern part of Skye. Your adventure will include swimming, jumping and climbing as you make a journey round the coast by sea and rock. We start by getting into wetsuits, buoyancy aids and helmets then taking a short walk to a section of coastline that has small cliffs and deep water. We will then take you on an unforgettable adventure where you'll see intricate coves, sea stacks and plenty of local sea birds, you'll swim through hidden tunnels and jump from rocks into the North Atlantic, you won't be able to wipe the grin from your face!
We also offer advanced coasteering sessions with longer journeys and bigger swims. For this day out you must be fit and have decent swimming ability, previous experience swimming in the sea is desirable.

What you need to know
- Ability: Some basic swimming ability is required, as well as moderate fitness. We will teach you everything else you need to know. There are jumps of all levels, but always the option to stay in the water and swim if you prefer.
- Kit: We will equip you with a cosy 5mm wetsuit, rash vest, buoyancy aid, helmet, neoprene gloves, socks and a helmet.
- Location: We usually meet in Staffin and travel to the venue together. This will be chosen on the basis of weather, tides and what you want to get out of your day
- Price: Basic course £65 per person. Advanced coasteer £75 per person.
